The SEMRC undertakes research into a range of matters relating to waste minimisation and resource recovery. Some of this research is designed to provide us with benchmarks with which to compare waste generation within the region and the effectiveness of programs we introduce. Others are designed to gain community views on matters relating to waste minimisation and resource recovery.
